Account Activation
We provide instant account activation for our shared and reseller web hosting plans. VPS servers are activated within 2 hours. Dedicated servers are activated within 2 working days if we have the requested hardware in stock. If you require a custom setup we may need more time to deliver it from our vendor.
Any account may take more time to be activated if it fails the initial verification. In that case, we will contact you with details and steps to complete the verification process.
Payments
You agree to pay for the Services on time and in advance for the billing cycle Services are provided for. Invoices are generated 10 days before the renew date of the Services. MondalSoft provides 4 days grace period after the renew date. If the invoice is not paid within the 4 days grace period MondalSoft will temporary suspend services until the invoice is paid in full. MondalSoft will terminate Services not paid in full 15 days after the Services have been suspended.
Invoices that have been paid more than once because of multiple PayPal subscriptions or multiple manual payments, cannot be refunded. They overpaid amount will be added as credit to your account which can be used to pay for future invoices.
If your payment is refunded due to a chargeback you will need to pay the refunded amount plus a one time Rs 500.00 chargeback fee. MondalSoft accepts payments via credit cards, Debit Card, Net Banking With Our Payment Geteway Or PayPal. Payments from unverified PayPal accounts are not accepted.
Money Back Guarantee
The money back guarantee is applicable for new clients only. New orders from existing clients do not qualify for our money back guarantee program.
We provide only prorata refunds. A prorata refund policy means that we subtract the number of days a client has already used the hosting account and then refund the amount for the remaining unused period only.
You can request a refund if you place a cancellation request within the period of days covered by your service's money back guarantee. Different services have different money back guarantee terms. Please refer to the breakdown below:

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date your cancellation request is approved.
Cancellation & Contact
Cancellation requests need to be placed via the client dashboard by clicking on My services, then on Manage and then on the Request cancellation button. Cancellation requests sent via e-mail will not be considered legitimate and you will still be billed for the Services until a legitimate cancellation request is placed. Cancellation requests may take up to 7 days to be completed.
Customer agrees to keep his contact information and e-mail on file up to date at all times. MondalSoft recommends using an external e-mail address so that the Customer can receive messages in case there are problems with the Services.
Responsibility & content
Customer is responsible for the content uploaded to his account and the actions of his customers using accounts within our servers and network. MondalSoft will not be held responsible for any harm or damage caused by the use of our services. Customer agrees to use the Service in his own risk.

Customer agrees not to use our shared, reseller, VPS or dedicated servers hosting space as a storage for backups. If we find backups stored in your account they will be removed automatically.
Support & Migrations
Priority Support: Available for selected services. All tickets eligible for priority support are handled before any other tickets that are open. By default tickets are handled in FIFO order.
Account Migrations: We do free transfers for cPanel accounts. We do not guarantee the quality of such transfers and you must verify if your account was moved correctly before changing nameservers.
IP Allocation: MondalSoft requires justification (e.g., SSL installation) in order to assign a dedicated IP.
Zero Tolerance SPAM Policy
Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet ("spamming") is strictly prohibited. Any account found engaging in such activities will be terminated without eligibility for a refund. We advise using CAPTCHA mechanisms to prevent spam via website contact forms.
Website Development
- No Refunds: After starting the development process, no refund requests will be accepted.
- Modifications: Up to 3 rounds of modifications (content only) are included. Design changes after finalization may be charged extra.
- IP & Source Code: We deliver the project deliverables, not raw source code or cPanel. Access to these requires an extra charge (4x project value).
- Legal: Misuse of services may lead to legal consequences under Birbhum Judiciary jurisdiction.
Changes & Jurisdiction
MondalSoft reserves the right to make changes to the terms at any time without notification. Continued use of services constitute acceptance. Jurisdiction is generally taken under the Birbhum Judiciary.
Orders with pending payments are automatically flushed from our queue after 72 hours. MondalSoft assumes no liability for service interruption or data loss resulting from non-payment.
